  • The transaction fee is only $4.99.
  • Receive a text message informing you of the amount due on your consumer loan.
  • The link within the text message will take you to a portal where you will be asked to verify your account using your account number and date of birth. You will also be able to opt out of the text message service by texting “STOP.”
  • Once your account has been successfully verified, you will be directed to the payment portal where you will be able to see all of your consumer loans and be able to select your preferred payment method.
  • When you verify your account for the first time, you will need to set up the following: 
    • Create a 4-digit pin. Once you have verified your account number and date of birth, you will be prompted to create a 4-digit pin. (Store this information in a secure location as you will need this pin number to verify future payments.)
    • Select Preferred Method of Payment. To make a payment, you will need to add your preferred method of payment in the portal. To accomplish this, select ADD NEW DEBIT CARD or ADD NEW BANK ACCOUNT. After this selection, you will be directed to a new secure website where you will input your debit card or bank account information. When done correctly, you will receive a “Payment Method Success message” and be redirected to the payment portal.

Can I make a payment on my consumer loans through my online and mobile banking account?
Yes. Log in to your online or mobile account using your smartphone, tablet, or desktop and select ‘Make a Payment’ from the menu bar location on the left. This will take you to the payment portal where you will be asked to verify your account.

If I opt out of receiving text messages, will I still be able to pay my consumer loans online?
Yes, you will have access to the payment portal through our website, online, or mobile banking. However, you will not receive any text notifications regarding payment reminders and will not be able to make a payment via text message.

How can I pay my account via text message?
Once you receive a text message reminder, you respond ‘Pay’ to the same text message. You will then be asked to enter your 4-digit pin number to verify your account. Once you have completed this process, your payment will be complete, and you should receive a confirmation text. Note: A 4-digit pin and preferred method of payment will need to be set up prior to using text payments.
